Third edition of hydrogeological map of Namibia and handbook launched in Windhoek
A map and handbook aimed at monitoring the occurrence, availability, quality, utilisation and vulnerability of groundwater in Namibia.
A map and handbook aimed at monitoring the occurrence, availability, quality, utilisation and vulnerability of groundwater in Namibia were launched in Windhoek on Friday.
The third edition of the Hydro-Geological Map of Namibia and handbook revealed that the country has about 300 million cubic meters of underground water available, which represents 60%of the total water available in Namibia.
